The House of Bollinger is synonymous with Pinot Noir, and renowned for its rich & powerful style. Illustrating the terroir expression of Pinot Noir, the Bollinger PN series focuses on one of Bollinger's Pinot Noir crus, or villages, each one composed around a base vintage.

"From the commune of Tauxières and the 2017 vintage, Bollinger's new NV Brut Blanc de Noirs PN TX17 exhibits aromas of crisp pear, orange zest and wet stones mingled with subtle hints of warm bread and dried fruits. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and fleshy, with tangy acids and impressive ripeness for the vintage, it concludes with an elegantly mordant finish. This doesn't strike me as a year built to make old bones, but it should nonetheless enjoy over a decade's evolution.?" Wine Advocate

Bollinger PN
Bollinger introduced their PN Series with PN VZ 15, answering the rising interest in small production Champagne cuvees that emphasise a specific variety, cru or terroir. Each release is unique celebrating the quality of their most outstanding Grand Crus in a particular vintage.
About the Producer
Established in 1829, Bollinger is one of the few Champagne Houses left under full family ownership still.
Bollinger is famous for its powerful, structured house style where Pinot Noir dominates the blend, and quality and craftmanship are the priority.
Bollinger's tradition is to use fruit froim the best Premier & Grand Cru vineyards, with a high proportion of wines fermented in wood, and aged on the lees for far longer than the legal minimum.
Bollinger's mastery of Pinot Noir is exemplified in the extremely limited-production Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Françaises, an almost mythically rare cuvee from very old vine (pre-phylloxera) 100% Pinot Noir vines from two walled vineyard plots near the House.
