Guiraud

Chateau Guiraud is one of the most progressive estates in Sauternes. In 2006, the estate was purchased by a group of four owners, including Xavier Planty, Olivier Bernard of Domaine de Chevalier, and businessmen Stephan von Neipperg and Robert Peugeot. Since this time, Guiraud became the first Grand Cru Classé in Bordeaux to be certified organic in 2011 and major investments in vineyard management, precision harvesting, and cellar technology have further elevated quality. Today, Guiraud produces Sauternes noted for their botrytis richness & vibrancy.
