Pouilly Fuisse Vers Cras 1er Cru 2021

The 2021 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Crays 1er Cru has a beautiful bouquet with fennel and wild mint infusing the citrus fruit. This shows nice definition and a little more intensity than the Domaine's other cuvées. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry. Bitter lemon intermixes with grapefruit and touches of spice towards the finish. This meliorates in the glass, cohering over the course of ten minutes. Another very fine, uncompromising Pouilly-Fuissé.
