Focused, with good peppery drive pushing the tobacco, mulled currant and sandalwood notes. A tangy grilled herb edge helps extend the medium-weight finish, which has nice underlying grip. Best from 2011 through 2018. 400 cases made. Score: 90 James Molesworth, Wine Spectator Maturity: 2011-2018 30 September 2010 |

Very different from the Landonne. Much broader with smudgy violets appeal. A little hint of La Tâche on this funnily enough! Racy and delicate, but by no means underripe or skinny. Rostaing seems to have done a great job on this vintage. Really fresh finish, like Landonne. Feminine, but with some pretty fierce tannins underneath. Actually fuller than the Landonne and definitely more tannic. Score: 18 Jancis Robinson MW, JancisRobinson.com Maturity: 2015-2023 04 August 2009 |

The sensational 2007 Cote Rotie Cote Blonde is one of the top Cote Roties of the vintage. Sweet bacon fat, spring flower, mulberry, and subtle smoke characteristics emerge from this broad, medium to full-bodied, complex 2007. Already evolved, it should drink beautifully for a decade. Score: 91 - 94 Robert Parker, Wine Advocate, RobertParker.com Maturity: 2009-2019 01 April 2009 |
