Muffato della Sala 2019

The 2019 Muffato della Sala is simply stunning, with a bouquet that mixes confectionary richness with zesty aromatics, as orange sorbet, sweet mint and spice complement mango and apricot. This is silky-smooth, nearly oily with glycerol concentration. A wave of ultra-ripe tropical fruits and citrus flow across the palate, perfectly balanced by vibrant acidity. It finishes remarkably fresh and floral, leaving a slightly bitter tinge contrasting candied lime hints. This is pure pleasure on the nose and palate, with a wonderful balance obtained at just 117 grams per liter of residual sugar.
